How Selecting suppliers for tea can be sometimes difficult.
But there are few tips to be kept in mind while the selection of your tea.
The first thing that a specialist of tea notice is selecting a tea on its “bloom” or “halo”. Some use the term “halo” while others use “bloom”.
When you select your tea, hold your tea up at the eye level within the light, find out, if the tea showing any glaze or bloom. If you find bloom or glaze or halo on the tea, it is definitely good quality.

2. Suppliers' Reputation--- Generally, reputed suppliers, better dealings, prices and authentic quality.
Shabby suppliers, low price, low quality and may be No Supply at all and Loss of Money.

1. Tea leaves must be free from artificial ingredients. Manufacturer or supplier must not have mixed any artificial colour or artificial fragrance without your express permission.
2. It must be rich in natural tea taste and tea aroma. Proper harvesting and manufacturing will make it rich in every respect.
3. It must have medicinal value. Tea in pure form and particularly when it did not come in contact with any chemicals has got very high medicinal value. If possible, at least once in a while, get the sample tea tested for chemical residue in laboratories.
4. It must be healthy for daily use. If a laboratory test confirms that it does not contain residue of pesticide or insecticide or any other harmful content, it is healthy for everyone.
5. Package of storage must be airtight. So that it does not acquire moisture or unhealthy substance.
6. Date of manufacturing --It is an established fact that tea remains fresh and consumable one year from the date of manufacturing and packing.

You have to decide whether to go with the cheapest rate for tea for or to go with the best taste and flavor, which will be a little expensive.

मेरा पता? पता नहीं क्यों जब भी कोई मेरा पता पुछता हैं एक लम्बे -चौड़े पते के बाद बड़े ही जौश से सिलचर असम क्यों बोल देता हूँ? बावजूद इसके कि मैं अकसर कहता हूँ कि मुझे असम पसंद नहीं जब भी अखबार के खास खबर मे इस शब्द को देखता हूँ पता नहीं क्यों मेरे आँखे बड़े हो जाते हैं।

"असम" नौर्थईस्ट के सात बहनो मे एक बहन। ऊची-ऊची पहाड़े, टेढ़े- मेढ़े रास्तों के साथ-साथ यह एक और विशेषता के लिए भी प्रसिद्ध हैं, वह हैं 'चाय पत्ति' । चाय बस सेवन का ही ज़रीया नहीं हैं कुछ लोग इसे महोब्बत कहते हैं, कुछ लोग जिने का आधार और जाने कितने लोगो के लिए यही चाय जीवन शैली भी हैं।

मेरे सौभाग्य के साथ-साथ यह दूर्भाग्य भी हैं कि मैं उस गाँव से आता हूँ जिसके चारो तरफ़ जहाँ-जहाँ नज़र जाता हैं बस 'चाय बागान' नज़र आता हैं। पर कहते हैं न जब कौई चीज़ जरूरत से ज्यादा मिले तब उसका मौल घट जाता हैं। शायद यहीं हुआ मेरे साथ, काफी सालो पहले मैने चाय पिना छोर दिया। लेकिन इस बात को मना नहीं कर पाया कि चाय मोहब्बत से कम नहीं हैं -

जब यह मिट्टी के कप या कॉच के गिल्हास में उतरता हैं तब मेले से इस दुनियाँ में अकेलेपन का साहारा बन जाता हैं। कप्-प्लेट पर उतरे तो मेहमाननवाज़ी का कर्ज अतार देता हैं। दिन भर के थके जब घर लौटते यह एक बिस्कुट सन मिल पूरे परिवार को १०मिनट के लिए जोर देता हैं। कितने अजनबीयों को बार बार मिलाकर यह नूक्कड़ या चौराहे पर दोस्त बना देता हैं। जब बेरोज़गारी पर जश्न हो तो फ़ाईब स्टार हॉटेल का खाना यह पाँच रुपए के समोसे सन बन जाता हैं।

यह रहस्य हैं कि अक्सर बहुत लोगो का घर भी यह चाय ही चलाता हैं, फ़िर वह "छोटू" ही क्यों न हो जो अपने घर का बड़ा हैं या वह अंकल जिंका अपना छोटा एक दूकान हैं। उस औरत के बारे में आप जांते हो क्या जो अपने बच्चे को छाती से लगा पत्तो का जूगाड़ करती हैं ? वह अनगिनत हाथ जो मशिनों से रोज़ जद्दोजहत करती हैं।

इस कप से जो एक चुस्की अभी आपने लि हैं, यकिन करो हज़ारो लोगो का मेहनत और उम्मिद इसमें पनपता हैं। कभी वक्त मिले तो अपने कॉर को पार्किंग में डाल रास्ते का चाय जरूर पिना I #beautifulnature वाले तस्वीरो में उसका ध्यान रखने वाले उन कर्मचारीयो को भी शामिल करना। अब जब भी चाय पिए इन बातो को जरूर सोचना । और हाँ! हो सके तो चाय जरूर पिना।
